I've struggled with overthinking and anxiety.
Alcohol can help to chill me out a bit, but I know that if I have too much, then the next day can be absolutely brutal.
I love searching for different things that are in nature that don't have as many negative side effects.
I came across Kava and noticed that it's an amazing drink to help me chill out, unwind and get out of that overthinking state.

How do I prepare it?
Calmava Instant Kava is micronised and all the coarse fibers have been removed, there is no need for straining. Simply mix 1 heaped teaspoon with water and shot it back. The taste is earthy so we don't recommend sipping on it. You can also blend it with juice or coconut water for different flavors.
How long do the calming effects last?
Most people feel kava's effects for 2-4 hours. It peaks around 1-2 hours after consumption, then gradually fades. Unlike alcohol, there's no "crash" - you just return to your normal state feeling refreshed.
Where is the Kava from?
It is from Fiji and has been processed in a HACCP certified facility.
Who shouldn't use Calmava Instant Kava?
Do not use Calmava Instant Kava if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, have liver disease, have Parkinson's disease. If you are taking any medications or have any pre-existing medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider before use.
